Lamination and extrusion coating
We produce high barrier laminates on the basis of paper, aluminum foil and termofusible plastics using lamination technology and extrusion coating. What’s important, is that, this method allows our products to be used straight after production without the necessity of curing, which is required in the case of laminates produced in a more standard way. Extrusion technology requires very expensive and specialist equipment, which enables us to produce highly advanced multilayer laminates (up to 5 layers) Laminates with extrusion layers are mainly used for packing powder food concentrate products, herbs and spices, dairy products, pharmaceuticals and confectionery.
