Information about the protection of personal data in Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.

In connection with the entry enforced from 25/05/2018 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016, the GRPD, the following is the required information about the processing of personal data.
Who will process your data?

The administrator has appointed the Data Protection Officer, Mr. Grzegorz Krawiec, with whom you can contact by e-mail: IOD_APK@grupakety.com in all matters regarding the processing of personal data and the use of rights related to data processing.
What rights do you have?
According to the applicable regulations, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data - you can request information - what data you have in our possession,
- The right to rectify your data - you can request a change of data if you determine that the data we have is inaccurate or incomplete,
- The right to request the deletion of your personal data - you may request that your personal data be removed from us as long as the law permits it,
- The right to limit the processing of data - if you consider that the scope of data processed by us is too wide, you have the right to request a restriction of this scope,
- Right to object - you can object to the further processing of your data,
- The right to withdraw consent - if you have consented to the processing of data, you can withdraw it at any time,
- The right to transfer data - you can request us to transfer your data to another entity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
For what purpose we process data, on what legal basis, who is the recipient of the data and how long are processed?
Information for contractors entering in cooperation with Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.
The data are processed on the basis of article 6.1 (b) of the GRPD, for the conclusion and performance of the contract and activities preceding the implementation of the contract, for the period of its implementation and after its completion in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator for a period of time compliant with applicable law and the period of limitation of the claims of the Administrator.
The recipients of your data will be the entities that service the Administrator, including in the field of IT, legal, advisory, audit and transport services. The recipients of the data will also be companies belonging to the Alupol Packaging Group, namely: Alupol Packaging S.A. with headquarters Tychy, ul. Strefowa 4 and Alupol Films Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Oświęcim, ul. Gospodarcza 18.
Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so results in the inability to conclude an agreement with Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.
Information for employees of Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.
The personal data of employees are processed in order to:
- performing of activities related to the concluded employment contract and activities preceding its conclusion, pursuant to article 6.1(b) GRPD, for the duration of the employment contract and after its termination for the period specified in the law, which at the moment is 50 years,
- performing activities necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator, in particular article 221 of the Labor Code, pursuant to article 6.1(c) GRPD, for the duration of the employment contract and after its termination for the period specified in the law, which is currently 50 years,
- performing legitimate interests of the Company, such as ensuring the security of persons and property of the Company (this also applies to monitoring), pursuant to article 6.1(f) GRPD as long as required by the law on ensuring the safety of persons and property in determining, investigating or defending claims.
- performing other activities specified in the consent to the processing of your data - if you have been granted - pursuant to article 6.1 (a) GRPD, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal, and your data will be processed only until you withdraw it.
Recipients of data will be entities handled by the Administrator, including in the field of IT, legal, advisory, audit, security of people and property, occupational medicine, training, business and insurance travel.
Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so results in the lack of employment opportunities at Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.
Information for candidates for the job at Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o.
Data are processed on the basis of article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, solely for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process, for a period of 12 months from the date of submitting the application.
If consent has been given, the data will also be processed for the purpose of carrying out future recruitment processes, until it is revoked, to which you have the right at any time without affecting the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.
Recipients of data will be entities dealing with the Administrator's service in the field of IT services, as well as companies belonging to the Alupol Packaging Group, and this is: Alupol Packaging S.A. with headquarters Tychy, ul. Strefowa 4 and Alupol Films Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Oświęcim, ul. Gospodarcza 18.
We ask you to send a CV containing: name(s) and surname, parents' names, date of birth, place of residence (address for correspondence), education and course of previous employment.
